We are currently on the lookout for a personable and results driven manager that will come on-board and help take us to the next level. It will be vital that you have experience of a busy, fast paced venue, working with and supporting a team alongside a charismatic approach to customers.
The job role will make you responsible for the operation and supervision of the venue. You will be in charge of the supervision, performance and training of all positions in the bar. There is nothing more important to us than creating memorable experiences, so you will need to be consistently striving to offer the very best in customer service and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. The job role will also require you to establish systems and procedures that can help maintain and grow profitability levels of the stock and ensure that the bar is run in full compliance with our licence at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise the daily duties of the bar staff.
- To greet all customers in a charismatic way and provide them with a high level of service.
- To have a comprehensive understanding of the bar, our products, specifications and standards.
- To have a genuine passion for people - train, support and develop all bar staff, guide them and provide relevant information and standardization.
- To keep an accurate record of assigned stock and to be responsible for any variances that may occur.
- To ensure that the company property is maintained properly and treated with respect at all times.
- To keep a high level of communication with the management team at all times.
- To encourage a culture of teamwork, training and coaching.
- To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at all times, and to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment in every area of the venue.
- To establish regular schedules, plans and rotations for all bar staff.
- To adhere and to ensure all staff adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- To assist the general manager in the direct operation of the business.
- Other responsibilities as assigned, but not limited to the above.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
We are looking for reliable people to work during our club times which is 10pm-3am every Friday & Saturday. Please note this is a fast paced job.
This is for a part time weekend job on a permanent basis. Must be available Friday evenings and Saturday daytime/ evenings.
OVER 18s ONLY - Due to the nature of the business and our venue license, this role is for over 18s only.
Experience is preferred but not essential as training can be give.
Duties:
. Loading dishwasher
. Keeping pot wash clean and tidy
. Collecting glasses
. Cleaning up spillage and broken glass around venue
· Bar backing - Ice, glassware, stock and misc.
· Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness by keeping all areas of the venue clean
· Rotating stock and keeping the bar stocked up at all times
. Moving furniture when needed
Must be available weekends!

. Making Cocktails
· Confidence in Street Promoting when needed
· Bar backing - Ice, glassware, stock and misc
· Working on the floor taking orders for food and serving food
· Checking back on customers and cleaning and clearing tables efficiently
· Ability to up sell on Food & Drinks
· Able to give excellent customer service & build good customer rapport through
Service:
· Using Epos tills
· Maintaining the high standards of cleanliness by keeping the all areas of the venue clean and tidy at all times
· Rotating stock and keeping the bar stocked up at all times
·Other duties delegated by the shift Supervisor / Manager
Must be available weekends!
