Cancellation/Date Change & Refund Policy

Please note: The below information is for our weekly bookings and does not include any special events that include a ticket price. A separate cancellation policy will be sent with your booking confirmation explaining the ticket cancellation/refund policy.

- We have a 72hr cancellation/date change policy. Deposit refunds will only be given to cancellations/date changes made 72hr before booking time. Date changes made less that 5hrs will result in your booking being classed as a cancellation and you will have to rebook and re-pay a new deposit.

- BRUNCH: Any no shows on the day without giving us 72hr notice will result in their deposit being lost and you will be required to cover the cost of their brunch.

- DATE CHANGE: We are happy to change the date of your booking and keep the deposit on the booking for the new date (Up to 6 weeks after original booking) and still deduct the deposit from the price on the new date, if you let us know 72hrs before your original booking. However, if you change the booking date less than 72hrs before your original booking then you cannot receive a deposit refund if you then try to cancel your new date. This also means that your deposit is only valid for ONE date change. If you need to change the date again you will be required to make a new booking and pay another deposit. Date changes made less that 5hrs will result in your booking being classed as a cancellation and you will have to rebook and re-pay a new deposit.

- FOOD & DRINKS TABLES: If you turn up on the day with less people without giving us 72hr notice, the deposits for those people will be lost.

- REFUND PROCESS: Once you receive confirmation of cancellation to your email this means your deposit refund has also been actioned (If you are entitled to one). Deposit refunds can take up to 5-10 working days depending on who you bank with. Please note that times will be longer over bank holidays.

- Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

- Management & staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time for any reason.

Make a booking

A deposit per person is required for all bookings. This will be taken by our booking system when you book.
The deposit will come off your bill on the day.

Please note: Full payment for bottomless brunch will be taken on the day, on entry to the venue by a member of staff before brunch starts.
