All you need to know!
Ticket price & what's included:
- Tickets: £30pp (Set price for alcoholic & NON-Alcoholic brunch)

- Includes 2 hours bottomless sharing Cocktail jugs, Prosecco, Wine, Draft & bottled Beer/ Cider, mocktails and soft drinks. "View Menu here"

- One food dish per person

- FREE after party until 2am
(Please note: If you leave the venue and return after 10.30pm you will have to pay entry)
Please note: A £10pp deposit is required to secure booking. All guests are to pay £20 each on entry, so please get everyone's deposits in advance. You are welcome to pay for the whole group, however please make sure you arrive first if doing this.
Time & schedule:
- Event start time: 4pm (You are welcome to have a drink before Brunch starts)

- Last entry: 4.45pm (So you get the full 2 hours)

- Bottomless drinks starts at 5pm until 7pm

- DJ & Dancing from 7pm until late
Please note: Our late Brunch is at 5pm until 7pm during December.
How our Friday Christmas Brunch works?
Step 1: Arrive for 4.30pm (Last entry 4.45pm), Bottomless starts at 5pm.

Step 2: Pay £20pp on entry (Remaining balance after deposit).

Step 3: Get seated & settled

Step 4: Pre-order your Brunch sharing jugs/bottles for 5pm

Step 5: Order as much as you like within the 2 hours time slot*

Step 6: Drink, dance & have a good time!
A few rules;
- 1x Jug/bottle between 2-3 people per round
- Jug/ bottle must be empty to order next round (Whole table does NOT have to all be finished to re-order)
- Last orders are equivalent to 1 drink per person
- Last orders will be taken 10 minutes before end time 
- One main food dish per person
- Everyone on the table must do brunch (Non-alcoholic options available)
- Tables are moved after Brunch to create space for dancing
Our Cocktail sharing Jugs are equivalent to 3 cocktails. If you have an odd number of people (3,5,7 etc) and the odd person does not like the same cocktail jug as anyone, then they can order a single glass of Prosecco, Glass of Mimosa, Glass of Wine, bottled/draft Beer or Cider.

Can I pre-pay the full Brunch amount for my table, before the day?

Yes! You are more than welcome to pre-pay the full amount for your tables Brunch.

This will make your life's and ours easier on the day, as it will mean we can let you straight in without having to take payment on entry.

Do you require Food pre-orders?

No! We do not require food pre-orders for Brunch, even for large groups.

People tend to forget what they ordered so it is easier to just take the order on the day.

If you would like to make the ordering process faster you are welcome to get your party to have a look at the menu beforehand to know what is available and what they may like to order.

Can I have extra people turn up on the day and pay full price to join my table?

No! Your table will only be for the size of the pre-booked number of people and only set up for the amount of deposits paid.

We need to know in advance if people are joining your booking so that we can correctly accommodate you.

Do you accept large group bookings for Brunch?

Yes! Book for as many people as you like.

We love large group bookings, the more the merrier. While a lot of venues will turn away large group bookings we don’t.

We accept large bookings for brunch, dinner, drinks & private parties. Whether you want to book for 20, 40, 50 or 100 people… No problem, we can handle it!

Can people attend and not participate in Brunch, but buy normal drinks?

No, everyone who attends Brunch must pay for the brunch.

There is plenty of drinks options on our menu to cater for everyone. Including non-acoholic options.

Can I keep my table after brunch?

You are welcome to stay as long as you like after Brunch for our day party with 2 FOR 1 Cocktails from 4pm until 8pm.

However, we do move tables after Brunch to create space for dancing or we may need the table for a later booking.

A member of staff will let you know if/when we need the table moved or for a booking.

Yes, you are more than welcome to decorate the table. The only things we don’t allow are glitter & confetti.

You can arrive 30 minutes before your booking to decorate the table.

Yes, cash is still an acceptable form of payment here at Medbar.

Paying by cash is quicker and easier on entry. You are also welcome to pay by card if you prefer.

Can I change my Brunch booking time?

No! We do not do multiple Brunch time slots, our Brunches are a set 2 hour time slot which start and end at the advertised times.

We advise all attendees read how our Brunch works before attending.

How long do you hold tables for?

We will only hold your table for 30 minutes unless you message us to say you are still arriving.

After 30 minutes we will assume you are not attending and your deposit will be lost if you do not let us know.

Please note: If you are late your time does not get extended.

Is there disabled access?

Yes & No, our ground floor has disabled access and a disabled toilet. Unfortunately our upstairs does not have disabled access.

IMPORTANT: If you are booking a table with us for Brunch, Food or Drinks you must let us know beforehand that you require disabled access and facilities. This is so that we can make sure you are accommodated correctly and have a table that is as close and accessible to the disabled toilet as possible and also that your table is not upstairs or on a high table.

If you do not let us know beforehand this may result in us being unable to accommodate you if we are fully booked and all other tables are already full.

So please let us know in advance.

If we're late for Brunch does our time get extended?

Unfortunately not, our bottomless Brunch is a set 2 hour time slot which starts and finishes at the advertised time.

If you arrive late you will lose out on time. We advise everyone to arrive 30 minutes before the advertised start time.

Are children/ under 18s allowed at Brunch?

Children are only allowed in the venue during the week (Monday-Thursday) until 7pm and must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

We cannot have children/under 18s in the venue on the weekends or at our bottomless brunches.

Make a booking

A deposit per person is required for all bookings. This will be taken by our booking system when you book.
The deposit will come off your bill on the day.
